CodeVault Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, CodeVault Pro will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the CodeVault Pro service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please report your notice of infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, we will also terminate users of our services who are repeat infringers.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original claimant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may replace or cease disabling access to the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this DMCA Policy at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. We encourage you to review this DMCA Policy periodically for any updates.
